Many spas now days are offering couples packages as a part of spa weekend getaways as it is not only bringing in more customers but it is making them more satisfied. Though not all spas will have the option for couples to get massaged together due to lack of space and amenities, there are places that offer couples treatments. Usually men are more reluctant about getting massaged by an unknown person and getting naked to do so and if they are accompanied by a friend or their partners they feel more relaxed. It is also very romantic and if you want to talk to your partner while getting a massage the therapist does not really mind.
On one of the couples spa days what usually happens is that there are two beds in the same room and two therapists who massage them along side. For those who love to have their close one can choose this as a fun day to spend more time with your mother, daughter, sister or best friend and of course your partner. It could be a drawback for those who like the peace and quiet and do not like to talk while getting massaged. The best way to decide would be by getting to know the other person better.
