Who is Peter Nygard?
Most of people know Peter Nygard. He is one of the successful and rich businessmen in Canada. He is an executive Finnish-Canadian fashion executive of Finland-Swedish origin. Peter Nygard was born in 1943 in Helsinki, Finland. He is the owner of Nygard International in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada which is a women’s wear company. He also became the 70th rich person in Canada.
Peter Nygard graduated from University of North Dakota with a degree in Business; he has received achievements from his university when he was a student there. As he graduated from the university with his title business, he tried to use his luck to start his own business. He collected a number of money, about $8000 both from his savings and loan as his first step; he then invested this money to a 20% shares in women’s wear. His small investment in this business turned out to be his turning point. He managed to build and establish his own women’s wear company in the year of 1967 and named it the Nygard International. From time to time, the company is able to widely spread its name all over the world, and by the time, the company’s central office is located in the area on Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Not only owned a women’s wear company, he is also the owner of Nygard Cay which is the most beautiful tourism place in Bahamas.
